Fahad Ikram Qazi is working as a Program Specialist with the ROS 21st CCLC. He has a background in Economics and Politics with a Masters from IIUI, Pakistan. He joined Civil Service in Pakistan & became a public policy practitioner. Besides serving at various administrative positions at the level of district and province, he also served as the Director of private education with the Education Department of Government of KP, Pakistan.
